This product is a digital software license provided by PHASER.
After payment is completed, the license key is issued by email, and no physical product is shipped.
1. Cases Eligible for Refund
- Refunds and order cancellations are available if the license key has not yet been issued.
- A refund or reissuance is available if the issued license key does not work properly.
- A refund or reissuance is available if a license different from the purchased product is issued.
2. Cases Not Eligible for Refund
- After the license key has been sent by email
- After the license has been activated and use has begun
- Refund requests due to a simple change of mind by the purchaser
3. Cases Eligible for Exchange / Reissuance
- Issuance error
